What time can I check in and what time do I need to check out ?

Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10am on the day of departure

Do I need to check in at Reception ?

As the lodge is privately owned there is no need to check in at Reception.

However, it is worth visiting Reception soon after arrival to see what entertainment and additional activities are available during your stay and to make yourself known to the staff.

Where do I collect the keys from ?

Two sets of keys will be in the key safe by the front door. You will be given the code before arrival. It is advisable to leave one set of keys in the key safe to avoid being accidentally locked out of the property.

Do I need a car ?

Yes, you will need a car to visit the surrounding attractions. There is no public transport to the site. 

Is there any WiFi ?

The lodge has high speed secureWiFi - the code is available inside the lodge. Free wifi is also available in the Reception area / Clubhouse

Is smoking allowed in the properties? 

No, the lodge is strictly non smoking, but smoking is allowed within the grounds.

Can I bring my pets with me?

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in the lodge.

Is bed linen provided ? 

Yes bed linen is provided and the beds will be made up prior to arrival.

What if I break something ?

We appreciate that accidents can and do happen but please let us know ASAP if anything is lost or broken. 

What if I lose the keys ? 

Please inform us ASAP if keys are lost. There may a charge involved if a locksmith has to be called or replacement keys need to be cut.
