What time can I check in and what time do I need to check out ?

Check in is from 4pm on the day of arrival and check out is 10am on the day of departure


Do I need to check in at Reception ?

As the bungalow is privately owned there is no need to check in at Reception.

However, it is worth visiting Reception soon after arrival to see what entertainment and additional activities are available during your stay and to make yourself known to the staff.


Where do I collect the keys from ?

Two sets of keys will be in the key safe by the front door. You will be given the code before arrival. It is advisable to leave one set of keys in the key safe to avoid being accidentally locked out of the property.


Do I need a car ?

Yes, you will need a car to visit the surrounding attractions. There is no public transport to the site. 


Is there any WiFi ?

Free wifi is available in the Reception area / Clubhouse

Wifi is available in the bungalow at an extra cost and can be purchased from reception, although previous guests have reported that this can be patchy and slow.


Is there any entertainment ?

The entertainment and activities timetable is available at Reception. Out of season, these may be less than during the high season but there is usually live entertainment at least on Friday and Saturday nights.


Is smoking allowed in the bungalow ? 

No, the bungalow is strictly non smoking, but smoking is allowed within the grounds.


Can I bring my pets with me?

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed in the bungalow.


Is bed linen provided ? 

Yes bed linen is provided and the beds will be made up prior to arrival.

 

Are towels provided ? 

Bath towels and hand towels are provided, but please bring your own towels for the pool and beach. 


What if I break something ?

We appreciate that accidents can and do happen but please let us know ASAP is anything is lost or broken. 


What if I lose the keys ? 

Please inform us ASAP if keys are lost. There may a charge involved if a locksmith has to be called or replacement keys need to be cut.
